Emergency Room Nurse - Night Shift

Arizona (Note: Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments within Arizona facilities.)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours scheduled, with 24 hours guaranteed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Nurse with a minimum of 24 months of ER experience, including recent practice within the last 12 months. The candidate must be prepared to work night shifts and may be called in for additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department.
• Assess and triage patients effectively.
• Collaborate with medical staff to implement treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Handle emergency situations with knowledge and competency.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room nursing experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months (required).
• Valid state license with no hits (required).
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI, including:
• ACLS (AHA) certification (required)
• BLS (AHA) certification (required)
• PALS (AHA) certification (required)
• TNCC certification (required)
• Driver's License to verify residency (required).
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
