Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care team in a community hospital that is Joint Commission Accredited and a Certified Chest Pain Center. The facility, located in beautiful Lake Havasu City, offers a range of outdoor recreational activities amidst stunning mountain and lake scenery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients in an Intermediate Care setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for effective patient management.
• Assist with medical procedures and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current State RN License.
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Ability to float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as needed.
