Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - 13 Week Contract Position

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong commitment to patient care while meeting the expectations established for low, mid, and high performers. This position may require floating to various units, departments, or patient care areas based on staffing and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments to patients safely and effectively.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Record patient vital signs and document care provided.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis and home care options.
• Respond to any patient emergencies or complications during treatment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in dialysis nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
