Adult ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

This is a night shift position, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, requiring 36 hours scheduled with a guarantee of 24 hours per week. Flexibility with weekends, holidays, and floating as per department guidelines is expected.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Adult ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) who are ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in the ICU with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Adult ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patients continuously, recognizing changes in condition and intervening as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Active RN license with no hits on state license to practice.
• Life support certifications must be current and from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required).
• Must be willing to work in various facilities and flexible with locations and shifts.
• Driver’s license required to verify residency.
