Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. Ideal candidates will be part of a team that is committed to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The Emergency Department is recognized as a Level II trauma center, with a focus on both medical and behavioral emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care adhering to established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced technology and procedures in patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications required prior to start date.
• Experience in a high-volume ED, with exposure to Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke care preferred.
