Registered Nurse - 13 Week Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

1845 - 0715 (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM) with 36 hours a week, every other weekend off, and the ability to pick up extra shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment. This role involves working night shifts, providing high-quality care to patients, and collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be a team player, willing to float to other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes in their health status.
• Support patients and their families through education and emotional support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Washington State license or Multi-state license.
• Completion of approved 6-hour suicide training.
• Verification of demographics from Nursys.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required.

Location

Position located near the Pacific Northwest beaches and the Olympic National Forest.
