Job Description

The Critical Care Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a specialized cardiac unit. The role requires strong critical care experience and the ability to work with advanced cardiac procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform advanced skills such as PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Assist in procedures including central line insertion and intubation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have cardiac experience and strong critical care skills.
• Proficient with IABP, Impella, and CRRT preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
