This is a night shift position, 3x12 hours (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM).

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI procedures using Siemens equipment. The role requires experience with various imaging techniques across multiple body regions, ensuring high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans of the abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal system.
• Perform image post-processing, including Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) and Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP).
• Administer contrast media and utilize surface coils for detailed imaging.
• Prepare and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring operational readiness for procedures.
• Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient safety during imaging procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience as a MRI Technologist is required.
• ARRT certification and BLS certification are mandatory.
• Active Florida state licensure required.
• Knowledge of Siemens MRI platform is heavily preferred.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, and community hospital work settings.
