Physical Therapist Needed

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days: Mostly Monday to Friday, with shifts of either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days. The typical shift hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Job Description

A Physical Therapist is needed for a contract position with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to enhance patients' physical mobility and function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Implement therapy interventions to address specific patient goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid Physical Therapist license is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
