Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide critical care to patients in the ICU setting, engaging in advanced patient monitoring and intervention techniques. The role requires a strong understanding of critical care protocols and the ability to work collaboratively with a cohesive medical team. Nurses will also be responsible for maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Assist with procedures and provide education to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting.
