Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in stabilizing and treating patients who require urgent medical attention, utilizing advanced technology and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and efficient care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology in patient treatment.
• Adhere to AIDET standards to enhance patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Cerner system.
• Administer medications and perform various procedures as needed.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center or high-volume Emergency Department.
• At least 1 year of experience in an ER setting.
• Active RN license and required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS before starting date; ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Prior HCA experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.
