Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-risk obstetrics and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal health throughout the labor process.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Facilitate patient education and support during the labor and delivery process.
• May require floating to postpartum and NICU as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery, with experience in a high-risk hospital setting.
• Nevada State RN license prior to starting the position.
• Required Certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS; STABLE certification is preferred.
• Prior travel experience is required.
