Registered Nurse - Emergency Services

Schedule

This position involves a 12-hour night shift from 5 PM to 5 AM, on a 12x3 schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and emergency response in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions in the emergency setting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Services.
• Required AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Cerner experience preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Holiday Expectations

MUST work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, in addition to 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
