Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, varying schedule.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Oncology will provide specialized nursing care to patients receiving radiation oncology treatments. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the oncology specialty.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and perform related nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and medication administration.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology nursing.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Chemo certification and the ability to administer chemotherapy is mandatory.
• Willingness to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday each year.
