Variable Nights, Days, and Weekends. 3-12 hour shifts.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess and implement patient care, as well as educate patients and their families. This role focuses on providing high-quality nursing care in emergency and critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather comprehensive data on patients’ health status.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and identify expected outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Promote health and ensure a safe environment for patients.
• Evaluate nursing practice in relation to professional standards and guidelines.
• Engage in professional development and collaborate with peers.
• Participate in ongoing education related to stroke and trauma care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in emergency nursing or critical care.
• Competence in modified primary nursing practices.
