Shifts are available from 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 3p-3a, and 7p-7a.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively alongside other healthcare professionals to support patients from newborns to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform ESI triage, IV insertion, and medication administration.
• Monitor patient status and implement necessary interventions.
• Carry out procedures including EKGs, restraint application, and procedural sedation.
• Assist in ambulance transports when necessary.
• Utilize Telemedicine and Telestroke for patient consultations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, TNCC, NRP, NIHSS.
• Experience with EPIC documentation system within the past 2 years is mandatory.
