Physical Therapist Day Shift Position

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, ensuring a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience.
• Current Physical Therapist License in PA or Compact License.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required, with exemptions allowed.
• Ability to work during major holidays as specified in the contract.
