Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Respiratory Therapist to join our NICU team. The ideal candidate will be high energy and passionate about making a difference in critical care environments. This role involves providing respiratory care and assistance to infants in the NICU, utilizing advanced equipment and comprehensive assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administering breathing treatments and performing ventilation assessments
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Interpreting diagnostic tests and monitoring patient progress
• Utilizing advanced respiratory equipment including Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators
• Documenting care and patient responses in the EMR (Meditech)

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months current RRT experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRPNBRC certifications must be current
• Preferred experience in NICU/PEDS and Level 1 Trauma
