Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional with Epic experience to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring patient care and continuity in the framework of the organization's operations. As part of our workforce, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage in patient care activities while maintaining high standards.
• Utilize Epic systems to manage patient records and workflows effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to improve health outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and conduct follow-up as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Completion of required health history and physical examinations.
• Immunizations must be current, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Varicella.
• Annual TB Questionnaire and TB Test completion are required.
• Successful completion of criminal background checks and sex offender registries as per client requirements.
