Registered Respiratory Therapist - Nights

This is a night shift position requiring 36 hours per week, operating from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with every other weekend and holiday shifts, starting on Sunday.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work in various settings with exposure to communicable diseases and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider orders.
• Assist with patient assessments and provide respiratory treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory health and therapies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRT will not qualify.
• Current Ohio RCP license required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
