Healthcare Staff Position

Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Call shifts are required on both weeknights and weekends, with approximately one weekend every 6 to 7 weeks and one weeknight call per week.

The Healthcare Staff Role is a crucial replacement position, aimed at ensuring consistent care and departmental efficiency. The employee will engage in various responsibilities, providing essential support in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in on-call shifts as required, providing timely responses to patient needs.
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
