Days, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including every other weekend.

Job Description

The Travel CT Scan Tech will be responsible for performing CT examinations, adhering to stroke protocols, and administering contrast agents as required. The role involves practicing sterile techniques, reviewing images for technical accuracy prior to sending them to PACS for interpretation, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations and CTA work.
• Administer contrast agents for CT studies.
• Ensure technical accuracy of images before submission to PACS.
• Maintain sterile techniques and uphold patient safety and confidentiality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in CT imaging.
• ARRT (CT) certification required.
• History of computer usage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal clinical supervision.
