Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Telemetry with Wound Care Experience

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide patient care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting with a focus on wound care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a patient ratio of 6:1 in a facility consisting of 45 beds, utilizing the MEDHOST electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Providing wound care as per protocol.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry environment.
• Current RN license.
• Located greater than 50 miles from the facility for traveler eligibility.
