Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

4-10 hour day shifts per week with rotating evening, night, and weekend call. Each individual is generally assigned 1 call weekend and several weeknight call shifts per scheduling period.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Surgery provides nursing care for patients during the intraoperative phase of the perioperative process. The role involves collaborating with a dynamic surgical team in a state-of-the-art surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients during surgical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities during the surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• CO RN License or Compact RN License in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
