Registered Nurse - Spine/Ortho Post Op

This is a nights position. Please note that holiday time off will not be accommodated, and working on holidays is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Spine and Orthopedic post-operative patient care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med/Surg settings and be well-versed in managing a patient ratio of 1 to 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality post-operative care to Spine and Ortho patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current, unrestricted Colorado RN License is required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC must be current.
• Experience in Spine/Ortho post-operative care is essential, with an emphasis on Med/Surg.
• Covid vaccinations are required as per state mandate.

Housing

There is a possibility of sharing a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. Please note, absolutely no pets or smoking is allowed, and rent will be paid for you.
