NICU Registered Nurse (RN) 

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Any 3 × 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs/week with day/night rotation. Shifts are from 0700-1930 and 1900-0730, requiring a minimum of 48 hours of night shifts in 4 weeks, with scheduled hours on Fridays and weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience to provide exceptional patient care. The RN will be accountable for delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to a variety of situations including possible pulls to PICU or 1:1 patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Advanced certifications preferred (e.g., ACLS, PALS).
