Healthcare Professional - Contract Position

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to fill a critical role within our organization. The ideal candidate will provide essential patient care and support in various capacities, adhering to established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer various health assessments and screenings as per requirements.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document and manage patient health information accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state licensure and/or certifications as required by the role.
• Completion of a physical health statement and TB test.
• Proof of immunizations, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, and Varicella.
• Driver's License/State ID verification.
• Background checks including Criminal Background and National Sex Offender Registry check.
