Job Description

The Backfill Seasonal RN role in the Level 3 NICU involves providing compassionate and high-quality care to critically ill neonates. You will work as part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a 97-bed unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years Level 3 NICU experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must hold a valid RN license.
