19:00 - 07:00, rotating weekend shifts (3, 12-hour shifts per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential respiratory care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for carrying out various therapies and assessments to ensure optimal patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic floor therapies including Nebulization Treatment, CPT, and Nocturnal Pulse Oximetry
• Obtain Arterial Blood Gases (ABG)
• Perform Bipap Management and Ventilator management
• Execute extubation procedures as needed
• Participate in patient care for floating areas including CICU, SICU, MICU, and step-down units

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification
• Experience with Bipap and Ventilator management preferred
• ICU experience is highly desirable
