Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess critical care experience and demonstrate strong communication skills along with adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology for patient care.
• Perform critical procedures including open heart recovery, cardioversions, and CRRT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of Kansas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Experience in neuro and trauma care is a plus.
