Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Schedule

This position involves a 40-hour work week with 4 ten-hour shifts straight nights, with occasional weekends as needed.

Job Description

Join our dynamic cardiac catheterization lab, where you will provide comprehensive pre and post-procedure care as well as PACU recovery for patients. This fast-paced environment deals with various cardiac issues, including vascular, electrical conduction, coronary diseases, and structural heart diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and procedural support in both acute and non-acute situations.
• Assist in the treatment and management of patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
• Conduct telemetry monitoring and support during recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) License in New York (NY License ONLY).
• BLS (AHA) Certification - Required.
• ACLS (AHA) Certification - Required.
• Recent experience in CVICU/Cardiac Care or PACU is required; Cath Lab experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience is required.
