This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift is 4x10 days, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Wednesday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), with some on-call obligations, including usually 1 weekend per month and 1 day per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in cath lab procedures, including the ability to scrub and monitor various cardiovascular procedures and handle support devices.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing and monitoring Cath Lab procedures, including PCIs.
• Handling support devices such as Intra-aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) and Impella.
• Performing Right Heart Catheterization (RHC) and Left Heart Catheterization.
• Ensuring sterile field maintenance during procedures.
• Operating various equipment, including IVUS and pressure wire modalities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
• Washington State Radiology License required.
• National certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS or ARRT required.
• Experience with cardiac stent placement, left heart catheterization, and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) is preferred.
• Ability to monitor patients undergoing heart support procedures.
