Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. This role requires a dynamic RN who is capable of handling varied shifts, rotating between day and night. The successful candidate will meet performance expectations consistently to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs.
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients' mental and physical conditions.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and best practices in behavioral health nursing.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Schedule

This position involves varied shifts on a rotating day/night schedule.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Previous experience in behavioral health nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
