CT Technologist - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. On-call requirements: 2 shifts per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified CT Technologist who will be responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) scans and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The individual in this role should have strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as per physician orders, following proper protocols.
• Administer contrast media as needed and ensure patient safety.
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment.
• Review images for quality and completeness before they are sent to radiologists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the EPIC charting system.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging is needed.
• Experience with GE scanners, specifically the Revolution CT, is preferred.
• Must have valid state licensure and be in good standing.
• Prior charge experience is required.
