Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This position offers a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and managing patient needs during the night shift. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment and support to patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform assessments on patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to plan and deliver treatment.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license valid in the state of practice.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
