CT Tech - Travel Position

6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Friday through Sunday with call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Tech for a travel position at a busy ER radiology unit. The ideal candidate will operate advanced imaging equipment and support emergency care by performing CT scans and X-rays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT scans and X-rays for emergency patients.
• Collaborate with nursing and physician teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain and manage imaging equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform required imaging procedures efficiently.
• Participate in on-call shifts as needed, approximately five 24-hour call shifts per month.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current experience as a CT Tech and Rad Tech.
• BLS and ARRT (R) certification required.
• Prior experience working as a Rad Tech at a free-standing emergency department is preferred.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus.
