7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with charge experience for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to mothers and newborns, addressing OB emergencies, and ensuring patient safety through daily rounding and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and delivery processes, including laboring, recovery, and transitioning newborns.
• Monitor fetal health and intervene as needed during labor.
• Administer medications during inductions and manage post-partum care.
• Respond effectively to OB emergencies such as shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Labor and Delivery experience.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring training.
• Experience with C-sections, intra-uterine monitoring, and assisted deliveries preferred.
