Job Description

We are seeking a qualified MRI Technician for a travel position. The ideal candidate will have experience with cardiac imaging and will be responsible for performing MRI procedures and ensuring the quality of medical imaging. This role may involve floating to an outpatient imaging center located a short drive away from the main campus.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients, adhering to clinical protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety of the work environment.
• Document and report all findings accurately according to facility standards.
• Participate in call coverage for weekend imaging requests.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 2 years of experience as an MRI Technician.
• ARRT certification required.
• Cerner experience is a must.
