Job Description

The position is an extension for CCA24234. Candidates will be required to verify and provide necessary licenses and certifications, as well as complete the required health and professional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all licensure and certifications are up to date for onboarding.
• Complete health history requirements including vaccinations and screenings.
• Submit documentation related to professional references and employment verification.
• Participate in training and orientation as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid licensure for the position.
• Completion of required health assessments and screenings.
• Background checks and drug screening clearance.
