Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a strong background in operating room robotics and trauma experience. A robust ENT specialty is essential for this position. Ideal candidates will excel in a collaborative environment, ensuring efficient surgical procedures within the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile field and providing instruments to the surgical team.
• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including the setup of instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Experience with operating room robotics is required.
• Background in trauma surgery is mandatory.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
• Experience in ENT, General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Ortho joints, Pediatrics, Plastics, and Dental is preferred.
