Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position. The role involves providing essential healthcare services on a flexible schedule to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Relevant healthcare experience is essential to succeed in this role. Appropriate certifications may be required based on specific duties assigned.
