Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Nights: 6 PM - 6 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The role involves providing critical care to patients in an intensive care environment, with a focus on high acuity patients. Floating to other units may be required. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in critical care practices, including drip titration and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions using advanced medical equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using MedHost EMR.
• Assist with procedures and ensure patient safety at all times.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience required.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Experience with balloon pump, Impella, and trauma care preferred.
• TNCC certification preferred.
