Job Description

The Travel ICU/CCU Registered Nurse will provide specialized, round-the-clock care to critically ill or injured patients. This role focuses on continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and intervention, requiring collaboration with physicians to develop treatment plans. The nurse will be responsible for managing complex equipment, including ventilators and medication drips, while delivering compassionate support to both patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive care to critically ill or injured patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage complex medical equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver support and education to patients and families.
• Float to Med Surg when required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an ICU/CCU RN.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• Active RN license in relevant state.
