Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. This role requires experience in acute care environments and the ability to handle a diverse patient population, primarily adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions and respond to emergency situations.
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility.
• Current Iowa RN license required.
• BLS (AHA) certification mandatory.
• ACLS and TNCC certifications required.
• Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult required.
• 10-panel drug test required, including opiates.
