Job Description

The Rehabilitation Technician (CNA) will provide vital support to patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, spinal cord injuries, and other complex medical situations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate flexibility, collaboration, and a positive demeanor while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming and bathing.
• Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Support rehabilitation efforts by facilitating therapy sessions and exercises.
• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Missouri.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
