Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide essential support to nursing staff and assist patients in achieving independence through rehabilitation. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support rehabilitation exercises and assist patients in therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in patient rooms and hygiene equipment.
• Provide compassionate care and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in the state of Missouri.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care environment.
