Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care, focusing on improving functional ability and quality of life for individuals recovering from various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor and report patient status and vital signs to nursing staff.
• Provide support during therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to facilitate patient recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
