Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team in the Acute Rehab Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient care and a willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and implement treatment plans for patients in the rehabilitation unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technologies in patient care.
• Ensure high standards of patient communication and customer service.
• Engage in rounding to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Inpatient care experience preferred; open to training and mentorship.
• Must have current BLS certification.
• Valid NH license in your scope of practice is required.
