Acute Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position at a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Schedule

Shift: 19:00-07:30

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care and rehabilitation to patients with various conditions
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Implement and evaluate therapy interventions
• Assist patients in their recovery journeys and promote optimal health

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Relevant certification or licensure in the field of rehabilitation
• Experience working in an acute rehabilitation setting preferred
