Registered Nurse - Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation team. This facility is committed to providing specialized treatment and ongoing care to individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses such as stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients’ vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the recovery process.
• Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes.

Schedule

This position offers a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in an acute rehabilitation or similar setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Assignment Duration

This is a contract position with an approximate duration of 13 weeks.
